Why AI alone cannot copy this

A partner is not licensing text a model could write — they are licensing a working, regulated medical operation: validated software in production, labs, clinical methods, training and brand. AI cannot generate regulatory approvals, reproducible clinical results or paying patients. In health, what transfers value is proven, auditable operation, and that takes years to build.
